★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dai vieni in palestra a praticare questa disciplina Coreana si usano molto le gambe,ma anche le braccia.La possono frequentare anche bambini piccoli dai quattro cinque anni.I maestri riescono a insegnare loro la disciplina facendoli divertire.Per gli adulti i giorni sono martedì e giovedì.Se ce la metti tutta e fai molta pratica puoi arrivare ad effettuare gare ad alto livello.
