Gym in the middle, clean and well maintained, good bathrooms and changing rooms, nice parking with friendly and very kind instructors.

Gym kept in a maniacal way, always clean and very welcoming, large structure, internal and external spaces, very clean and well-kept changing rooms!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the Aprilia area for work for a few weeks and needed a gym. The staff are super nice and even though I didn't speak any Italian, they were extremely considerate and were able to understand me. I paid about €12 per workout which I thought was a good deal. The equipment is pretty basic but you can get a decent workout here.
