 Family atmosphere but at the same time highly qualified, recommended both for those who train for years and for newbies, the instructors are always available and very friendly and the owners Cristina and Valerio are Super!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono iscritto da poco in questa palestra perché prima ne ho frequentate altre e quindi posso dire, in base alla mia esperienza ventennale in giro per l’italia per lavoro, che è l’unica vera palestra a Ladispoli e chi si vuole allenare veramente deve iscriversi qui.
I have recently joined this gym because before I attended others and therefore I can say, based on my twenty years of experience around Italy for work, that it is the only real gym in Ladispoli and those who want to really train must enroll here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quando ho conosciuto questo posto ed il personale, non ne ho più saputo fare a meno. Palestra pulita, attrezzata, personale preparatissimo e alla mano. Non mi sono mai trovato così bene come in questa palestra, anche essendomi trasferito ad una ventina di km di distanza non posso che scegliere comunque di andare alla Personal Power, siete grandi ragazzi.
Since I have known this place and the staff, I have not been able to do without them. Clean, well-equipped gym, highly trained and easy-going staff. I have never felt so good as in this gym, even having moved about twenty kilometers away I can only choose to go to Personal Power anyway, you are big guys.
