Non solo per la qualità degli insegnanti ma anche l'ambiente che si viene a creare è davvero piacevole e costruttivo , che ti spinge a dare di più. Ci sono una marea di corsi , per tutti i gusti , il difficile è scegliere! I have been a member for almost a year now, I can say that the North side Lab is a great gym. Not only for the quality of the teachers but also the environment that is created is really pleasant and constructive, which pushes you to give more. There are a lot of courses, for all tastes, the difficult thing is to choose!

Per chi come me vuole fare Calisthenics è il posto ideale, le classi sono per tutti i livelli e riusciamo ad essere seguiti in maniera professionale. Easily reachable also from Rome (about 15-20 minutes) the structure is well equipped and the staff is always available. For those like me who want to do Calisthenics is the ideal place, the classes are for all levels and we can be followed in a professional manner.
