★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra è fantastica! il maestro è molto educato ed esperto in moltissime arti marziali, l'ambiente è molto gradevole, e soprattutto ci viene insegnato a difenderci da aggressioni, prese e minacce in modo sicuro e non violento, ma efficace. Questo è il mio quarto anno in questa palestra col maestro, e sono molto soddisfatto, Consiglio la palestra a tutti coloro che vogliono praticare le arti marziali.
The gym is great! the master is very educated and expert in many martial arts, the environment is very pleasant, and above all we are taught to defend ourselves from aggression, grips and threats in a safe and non-violent, but effective way. This is my fourth year in this gym with the teacher, and I am very satisfied, I recommend the gym to all those who want to practice martial arts.
