Frequento questo posto da parecchio tempo è un posto in continua e evoluzione. 3 sale per i corsi con istruttore e 2sale per i pesi. Gli istruttori sono tutti molto professionali. Ampio parcheggio. Unica pecca il building sempre in ristrutturazione mai lavori non impattano sulle attività.
Excellent gym with a wide choice of courses for all tastes. I frequent this place for a long time is a place in constant evolution. 3 rooms for instructor-led courses and 2 rooms for weights. The instructors are all very professional. Ample parking. The only flaw is the building always under renovation, never works do not impact on the activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una palestra molto valida, con i migliori istruttori, tanti corsi, 3 sale, più 2 spazi pesistica, aria condizionata, se entri in questa palestra entri tra amici, persone semplici con voglia di divertirsi facendo un ottimo fitness. Bei ampi spogliatoi, con acqua calda gratis, mobiletti con.chiave a pagamento. Un bel ampio parcheggio. Vieni a provare, io faccio parte di questa piccola comunità da tempo.....ogni mese una masterclass con istruttori a livello internazionale. Vieni?
A very good gym, with the best instructors, many courses, 3 rooms, plus 2 weight lifting spaces, air conditioning, if you enter this gym you enter with friends, simple people who want to have fun doing excellent fitness. Beautiful large changing rooms, with free hot water, lockers with pay key. A nice large parking lot. Come and try, I have been part of this small community for some time ..... every month a masterclass with international instructors. Come?

Facilità di parcheggio, direi il massimo.
Nice place, great courses, trained personnel. If you want to sculpt the physical courses in Frederick they are perfect.
Easy parking, I would say the most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super staff formato da persone speciali, che non hanno mai smesso di farci " muovere "! Dopo i corsi on line, finalmente, hanno potuto riaprire, mantenendo anche i corsi outdoor, piacevolissimi in estate. La palestra è confortevole e pulita, ha un ampio parcheggio ed è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo/professionalità/...divertimento!!!!
Super staff made up of special people, who never stopped making us "move"! After the online courses, finally, they were able to reopen, also keeping the outdoor courses, very pleasant in summer. The gym is comfortable and clean, has ample parking and is well served by public transport.
Excellent quality / price / professionalism / ... fun !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una palestra che ti fa sentire in famiglia. Istruttori molto preparati e professionali, che ti seguono durate il corso delle lezioni per farti migliorare. Offre una bella varietà di corsi che possono soddisfare tutte le esigenze delle persone. Un altro punto a suo favore è la possibilità di poter parcheggiare senza problemi in quanto dispone di un ampio parcheggio.
It is a gym that makes you feel at home. Very trained and professional instructors, who follow you during the course of the lessons to make you improve. It offers a nice variety of courses that can suit all people's needs. Another point in its favor is the possibility of being able to park without problems as it has a large parking lot.
