Per i ragazzi è un ambiente sereno dove possono crescere grazie a 14 istruttori, di cui 7 della facoltà di scienze motorie e la supervisione sul campo del Responsabile tecnico Donato Caragnano. Gli allenamenti sono mirati e seguono una programmazione che viene valutata tramite test tecnici e motori, per analizzare le metodologie, i risultati ottenuti e portare in campo un pizzico di scientificità grazie al ruolo del Coordinatore tecnico Stefano Gandini. L'organizzazione delle attività e degli eventi è affidata al Responsabile organizzativo Fabio Bertinelli, una garanzia per la filosofia che guida il settore giovanile e che si può riassumere con lo slogan "Se giochi a calcio e ti diverti non perdi mai".
A youth sector that is starting up again with an ambitious project that focuses on children's well-being. For boys it is a serene environment where they can grow thanks to 14 instructors, 7 of which from the faculty of motor sciences and field supervision of the technical manager Donato Caragnano. The training sessions are targeted and follow a schedule that is evaluated through technical and motor tests, to analyze the methodologies, the results obtained and bring a pinch of scientificity into the field thanks to the role of the technical coordinator Stefano Gandini. The organization of activities and events is entrusted to the organizational manager Fabio Bertinelli, a guarantee for the philosophy that guides the youth sector and which can be summed up with the slogan "If you play soccer and you have fun you never lose".
