È un bell’ambiente, cordiale e “famigliare”. Consigliatissima. Excellent gym. A lot of tools, machinery, Stefano (the owner) always very kind, helpful and nice. It is a beautiful, friendly and "family" environment. Highly recommended.

Personale simpatico e sempre disponibile in modo gratuito e simpatico. A nice, comfortable and not too crowded but complete gym with everything you need to improve or keep your body in foema. Nice staff and always available for free and nice.

Non mi ha convinto la location situata sotto il livello della strada ma comunque avevo assegnato tre stelle. In risposta alla mia valutazione lo staff dichiara di apprezzare la mia recensione sebbene ritenga che io non abbia mai messo piede in palestra. Prima ero indeciso se iscrivermi, ora capisco che e' il caso di evitare I paid a visit to evaluate my registration as there would be a valid course offer. I was not convinced by the location below street level but I still assigned three stars. In response to my assessment the staff claims to appreciate my review although I believe that I have never set foot in the gym. Before I was undecided whether to register, now I understand that it is appropriate to avoid

J	Juan Villalobos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le palestre si dividono in due categorie : 1) quelle dove vai ad allenarti per migliorare il tuo fisico, senza rivolgere una parola a nessuno, dove ti paragoni costantemente a perfetti sconosciuti, al loro fisico e al peso che sollevano, entri negli spogliatoi, fai attenzione a non infastidire nessuno, fai una doccia veloce e poi torni alla tua miserabile vita 2) poi ci sono le palestre dove non vai solo per il corpo, ma anche per lo spirito, perché ti senti a casa, perché l'ambiente è quello che si respira in una serata tra amici, palestre dove tutti aiutano tutti, dove ognuno ha una parola per l'altro, dove si parla, si scherza, ci si sfotte bonariamente per i risultati invece di invidiarsi reciprocamente. Insomma, dove non si va per sfuggire alla vita, ma per arricchire la propria. Se cercate la numero 1, allora cambiate recensione, qui non c'è quello che credete di stare cercando. Se invece volete qualcosa di diverso (qualcosa di più), allora la Europeen è ciò che fa per voi. Una famiglia prima che una palestra. Certo, come in tutte le famiglie c'è il capo famiglia un po' burbero forse, con dei modi di fare poco posati, ma genuino, nel bene e nel male. Un'istituzione rivolese dall'alba dei tempi e al di là delle critiche che si possono fare a Stefano, se da 30 anni è qui, un motivo ci sarà. Possono aprire tutte le catene di questo mondo a 20 euro al mese, con bibite gratuite e chi più ne ha più ne metta. Io da qui non mi schiodo. Le ho davvero provate tutte : strutto sul cuoio capelluto, intrugli vudù, mi sono cosparso il capo di interiora di vitello. Niente. Poi un giorno mi sono iscritto alla Europeen. Dopo solo alcune sedute di allenamento, notavo che il mio corpo non cambiava minimamente, ma i miei capelli aumentavano, doccia dopo doccia. Colpito da questo cambiamento, ho cominciato a chiedermi il perché di questo miracolo, guardandomi attorno per scoprire quale fosse il segreto di quella doccia magica. Pochi giorni dopo, l'ho scoperto. Ci sono sempre talmente tanti peli e capelli sul pavimento che manco da un barbiere nei bassifondi di Shangai! A furia di usare le fantastiche docce della Europeen mi ritrovo sempre con una chioma invidiabile, che cambia di colore e acconciatura ogni volta che esco dalla palestra. Che dire, grazie Europeen! Dopo che avete pagato, il titolare cambia le carte in tavola come gli pare e piace bloccando gli abbonamenti e permettendosi di ricattare i clienti, che se non pagano altre mensilità, non possono entrare in palestra. Per non parlare del fatto che insulta e manda a quel paese mancando di rispetto ai clienti. Questo è quello che è successo a me, in quanto mi sono rifiutato di pagare ulteriori mensilità per il mese estivo (altri 165 euro a testa), dato che avevo ancora il mio abbonamento in corso e avevo già pagato ulteriori mensilità aggiuntive lo scorso anno dopo la riapertura e di cui ancora non ho potuto usufruire. Rifiutandomi di sottostare di nuovo a questo ricatto, e visto che avevo necessità di allenarmi per problemi di salute e ciò mi veniva impedito, ho chiesto il rimborso per le mensilità che ho pagato e di cui non potevo usufruire e mi è stato detto di tornare a Settembre per ricevere il rimborso, dato che non c'era disponibilità economica in quel momento. Oggi, dopo 3 mesi, la risposta è stata: "Non rompermi i c***ni, non rimborso nulla". Questo non è di certo il modo di trattare i propri clienti.. rimangiandosi la parola. Clienti abituali che non si sarebbero fatti problemi a rinnovare altri due abbonamenti.. di certo non per la cortesia o il servizio ma solo per la vicinanza. Stay away from this gym! Se butti uno sciampo nella spazzatura rimane lì per un mese (a dimostrazione che non lavano mai) e mi dicono che nello spogliatoio delle donne la situazione è identica. E meno male che siamo ai tempi del covid e dovrebbero fare ancora più attenzione. Il giorno che qualcuno farà una denuncia alle autorità...
