★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra piccola, ma fornita di tutto e di più. I trainers sono super simpatici e professionali, combinando ottime conoscenze tecniche a grandi capacità relazionali; sostanzialmente, ti alleni duro ma ti diverti un sacco! Parola d'ordine " Privilegia la tecnica al carico".
PS: una volta iniziati i corsi di pump e tonificazione di Fabri e Anto, non puoi più farne a meno!
Small gym, but equipped with everything and more. The trainers are super nice and professional, combining excellent technical knowledge with great interpersonal skills; basically, you train hard but you have a lot of fun! Password "Give priority to loading technique".
PS: once the pump and toning courses of Fabri and Anto have started, you can no longer do without them!

Il personale é sempre disponibile ed attento ai frequentatori della palestra, le posture scorrette e le cattive esecuzioni vengono sempre corrette (Ormai é raro trovare una palestra così). Consigliatissimo, la bella palestra "old style".
Gym where I have been training for over a year, I must say that I have no reason to complain !! The staff is always available and attentive to those who go to the gym, incorrect postures and bad performances are always corrected (It is now rare to find such a gym). Highly recommended, the beautiful "old style" gym.

Anto, Fabri, Leo, Luca e Max sono super qualificati, attenti alle nostre esigenze e sempre disponibili in sala.
Dimensioni modeste ma funzionali per chi si vuole allenare seriamente.
Ambiente amichevole dove ci sentiamo a nostro agio e nel quale ci alleniamo con serenità.
I have been attending this gym with my partner for over a year and it is fantastic.
Anto, Fabri, Leo, Luca and Max are super qualified, attentive to our needs and always available in the dining room.
Modest but functional dimensions for those who want to train seriously.
