Lei è molto professionale e gentile,riesce a mettere a proprio agio gli allievi pur essendo solo alla prima lezione, adeguando le varie posizioni in base alle loro capacità ed esigenze. I practiced yoga with Christian teacher for some time and had an amazing time, Leave the regenerated center. The environment is very welcoming and clean. Ho scoperto parti del mio corpo ormai arrugginite dalle continue sbagliate posture assunte inconsapevolmente nella vita quotidiana. L' attenzione e la dedizione dell'insegnate Cristiana è fondamentale, è sempre pronta a correggere ogni singolo dettaglio, aiutandoci a superare i limiti fisici e mentali che irrigidiscono il nostro corpo. I have been practicing yoga for about two years and after a few months of practice I realized that the body changes and is given new energy. I discovered parts of my body now rusted by the continuous wrong postures taken unconsciously in everyday life. The attention and dedication of the Christian teacher is fundamental, she is always ready to correct every single detail, helping us to overcome the physical and mental limits that stiffen our body. Everything is in maximum security and professionalism. I recommend everyone to try it.
