★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto Barbara durante una lunga ricerca di un insegnante yoga che avesse i miei tempi e le mie filosofie ...sebbene il web sia pieno di corsi , lei è differente ... Da ai movimenti i giusti tempi , la giusta importanza ed il giusto valore ai tempi di respiro ...la sto seguendo per ora su YouTube ma presto mi iscriverò nella sua scuola on line . Spero di riuscire a partecipare in presenza alle giornate di yoga sull'isola salina . Intanto ringrazio qui per ciò che mi ha donato fino ad ora
 I met Barbara during a long search for a yoga teacher who had my times and my philosophies ... although the web is full of courses, she is different ... She gives movements the right times, the right importance and the right value at the time of breath ... I'm following her for now on YouTube but soon I will enroll in her online school. I hope to be able to participate in the yoga days on the saline island in person. In the meantime, thank you here for what you have given me so far

Barbara is an exceptional yoga teacher and her yoga classes on YouTube in her online school and even more in attendance have been a real revelation for me as well as one of the main stimuli to change my life and improve myself a little more every day . I recommend everyone to try to discover the practice of Yoga through its teachings. Thanks Barbara, always keep it up ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spend a couple of days in Palermo and wanted to continue doing Yoga. Barbara was very kind and quick to respond. I enjoyed the lessons and didn’t had a hard time to follow the practice as a non Italien speaker. Would definitely recommend :)
