★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo i 5 minuti di attesa al telefono fanno cadere la linea e non risponde MAI nessun operatore (fatte 30 telefonate). Considerando che non ricevono negli uffici per l'alibi del Covid-19 (la pandemia c'è per tutti ma gli altri uffici pubblici sono aperti su appuntamento) di fatto non prestano alcun servizio per i cittadini. Una vergogna !
After 5 minutes of waiting on the phone they drop the line and no operator NEVER answers (30 phone calls made). Considering that they do not receive in the offices for the Covid-19 alibi (the pandemic is for everyone but the other public offices are open by appointment), in fact they do not provide any service for citizens. A shame !
