Mille volte meglio di tanti grandi supermercati. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!!! Complimenti!!! I was not expecting such a nice and well-kept family-run supermarket. Lots of items and choice. Il nonno mi comprava il krapfen, un profumo indimenticabile. Quando salgo ad Asiago passo sempre a comprarci! Grande Flavio e la sua famiglia I remember perfectly when it was a tiny grocery store, in the late 70s / early 80s, the grandparents who lived a few steps away went shopping there. S	Sara Anzalone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono stata in questa bottega per prendere dei panini con i salumi all’interno. personale sgarbato ! non siamo riusciti neanche a scegliere i panini perché la signora ai salumi doveva iniziare a tagliarli perché, come ha detto lei, doveva anticiparsi, di cosa non si sa visto che eravamo le uniche persone presenti nell’esercizio commerciale. nel momento in cui abbiamo scelto i salumi, la signora non ha chiaramente capito nulla in quanto, una volta usciti e una volta che abbiamo iniziato a mangiare, in un panino mancava lo speck e in un panino mancava il formaggio come avevamo richiesto, ribadito e pagato. tanta fretta per non concludere nulla !! anche l’igiene si è fatto desiderare. nessuno portava dei guanti tanto meno hanno preso le cose da mangiare con pinse o cose simili. il signore che era agli affettati, dopo aver tagliato a noi il formaggio, tranquillamente se n’è andato, alzandosi la mascherina, dal momento che era anche abbassata, ed è andato alla cassa facendoci pagare il conto. non voglio immaginare alle persone che sarebbero entrate dopo di noi, come li hanno serviti. la prossima volta farò più chilometri anziché fermarmi in questa bottega. I went to this shop to get sandwiches with salami inside. rude staff! we were not even able to choose the sandwiches because the lady with cured meats had to start cutting them because, as she said, she had to anticipate, what is not known since we were the only people present in the business. when we chose the cured meats, the lady clearly did not understand anything because, once we went out and once we started to eat, in a sandwich there was no speck and in a sandwich there was no cheese as we had requested, reiterated and paid. such a hurry to not get anything done !! hygiene was also made to be desired. no one wore gloves, much less did they take things to eat with pinse or the like. the gentleman who was at the cold cuts, after cutting the cheese for us, quietly left, raising his mask, since it was also lowered, and went to the cashier making us pay the bill. I don't want to imagine the people who would come in after us, how they served them. next time I will do more kilometers instead of stopping in this shop.
