★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il pacco con il materiale ordinato é stato consegnato in mia assenza e me lo sono ritrovato oltre il cancello di casa, caso vuole che mi son ritrovato con un oggetto danneggiato.
Il titolare mi ha risolto tutti i problemi causati a mio avviso dallo scriteriato corriere che ha lanciato il pacco al di la del cancello in mia assenza,e quindi senza la mia firma del ritiro,ritirando l'oggetto danneggiata e allo stesso tempo sostituendola con uno nuovo, in maniera professionale, veloce e con enorme disponibilità.
Mi sono sentito quantomeno tutelato dal titolare, contrariamente al modo di lavorare di certi corrieri, che andrebbero licenziati in tronco.
Consiglio ARA RICAMBI e se avrò occasione acquisterò più che volentieri da loro.

I felt at least protected by the owner, contrary to the way of working of some couriers, who should be fired on the spot.
I recommend ARA RICAMBI and if I have the opportunity I will more than willingly buy from them.
