T	Tiziano Virginio Toffolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Putia, qualità e cortesia", in quel di Pedalino (Comiso), non è solo un felice titolo per l'insegna di questa "piccola bottega sottocasa" come recita il vocabolario delle tipicità siciliane (peraltro non tanto piccolo); infatti pochi sanno che la "Putia" in Veneto è una "piccola bambina: "Putea è un modo gentile e affettuoso per chiamare una bambina. (Ve lo dice un Veneto "di Treviso" con la Sicilia nel cuore). Gentilezza e amicizia, modi affettuosi di tutti, personale e clienti, acquirenti trattati come "amici" : è questa l'atmosfera che trovate alla "Putia". Gentilezza e amicizia affettuosa è l'aria che si respira girando tra gli scaffali, con un simpatico chiacchiericcio "sottovoce", molto femminile, ma anche maschile. Tra l'altro, "A Putia" in questo triste periodo Covid, diventa un punto d'incontro, naturalmente ben controllato. Ma oltre a questo piacevole contesto, la caratteristica che fa onore alla Putia, è la scelta di privilegiare le tipicità a km 0; dal meraviglioso "Ragusano Dop (rigorosamente di nicchia), alle specialità dei salumi artigianali del vicino Chiaramonte, con una particolare attenzione ai vini, in primo piano il Cerasuolo DOCG, un vero "must" ormai di fama internazionale, che nasce proprio in questo territorio. E, dulcis in fundo, un appuntamento "quasi sacro", tutte le sere, naturalmente su prenotazione, la ricotta freschissima (se siete puntuali la trovate ancora calda); ma anche, da incorniciare, una bellissima idea delle Feste trascorse: i cesti e le confezioni natalizie, solo ed esclusivamente a km/mt zero ! Per questo, (ma anche per tutto il resto) a Fabrizio e a tutto il suo Staff, vanno i più riconoscenti complimenti. Bravo Fabrizio, avanti tutta, sempre con questo "nobile impegno... But in addition to this pleasant context, the feature that honors Putia is the choice of favoring the typical products at km 0; from the wonderful "Ragusano Dop" (strictly niche), to the specialties of artisanal cured meats from nearby Chiaramonte, with particular attention to wines, in the foreground the Cerasuolo DOCG, a real "must" now of international fame, which is born in this territory And, last but not least, an "almost sacred" appointment, every evening, of course by reservation, the freshest ricotta (if you are punctual you will find it still hot); but also, to be framed, a beautiful idea of past holidays: the baskets and the Christmas packages, only and exclusively at km / mt zero! For this, (but also for everything else) Fabrizio and all his Staff, the most grateful compliments go. Bravo Fabrizio, full speed ahead, always with this "noble commitment...
