★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is insane! We were here 3 years ago, and had such delicious sandwiches that we drove 30 minutes in our vacation this year to eat here again. We were afraid it would not be able to live up to our memories, but it did. And more. I don't know how they do it, but everything we ate here was out of this world delicious. Juicy, flavourful and fresh. And all prepared quickly out of a fairly small food truck. You will gain a bit of weight here, but you also gain a fantastic experience. Best sandwiches I have ever had. And I had a lot!
If ever I get close to Pontassieve again, I will surely make my way back to "a Pancia Piena".
*oh, I also wanted to mention that the prices are very low for what you're getting!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow those burgers are just amazing. We stopped at this place by accident and were completely blown away. The meat quality is amazing and the burger was still pink inside. They really know what they are doing with the product. Order at the counter - enjoy your food - pay before you leave.
They offer also a selection of open wines and craft beers.
