★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima sorpresa trovare questa pizzeria bio nel centro di Pesaro, varietà di pizzette al taglio una più buona dell’altra, gestore preparatissimo che ci ha illuminato su farine, impasti e lievitazione, con vero piacere tornerò appena possibile, consigliatissimo, e sopratutto grandissima digeribilità!!!!
 A wonderful surprise to find this organic pizzeria in the center of Pesaro, a variety of pizzas by the slice, one better than the other, a very well-trained manager who enlightened us on flours, doughs and leavening, with real pleasure I will come back as soon as possible, highly recommended, and above all great digestibility! !!!

Appena sono entrato nel locale e ho detto che avevo prenotato con the fork, il proprietario mi ha subito risposto che non si facevano sconti. Pizza e bevande sono prettamente biologiche e sono ottime.
When we arrived in Pesaro on our first night, we thought about booking a table with The Fork, and we booked here. As soon as I entered the restaurant and said I had booked with the fork, the owner immediately replied that there were no discounts. Pizza and drinks are purely organic and are excellent.

La pizza è piuttosto leggera e digeribile.
Chi è abituato a mangiare pizze con farine tradizionali(00 e 0 trattate) dovrebbe provare le pizze di a Modo Bio in serie, per capire la differenza nel tempo.
È troppo facile scartare un prodotto di qualità per uno apparentemente più gustoso ma dannoso per la propria salute.

I discovered through the web this pizzeria that deals with 100% organic flours and ingredients of natural origin.
The pizza is quite light and digestible.
Those used to eating pizzas with traditional flours (00 and 0 treated) should try the a Modo Bio pizzas in series, to understand the difference over time.
It is too easy to discard a quality product for one that is apparently tastier but harmful to one's health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono fermata a pranzo con una mia collega e amica. Ho assaggiato la pizza al taglio e devo dire che l'ho trovata speciale! Leggera, soffice e molto digeribile.
Inoltre il gestore mi ha confermato che le melanzane, che facevano da farcitura, erano state tagliate al momento e cucinate in forno (quindi ne fritte ne grigliate). Davvero super!
Ci torneremo sicuramente in qualche altra pausa pranzo, a presto.
I stopped for lunch with a colleague and friend of mine. I tasted the pizza by the slice and I must say that I found it special! Light, soft and very digestible.
In addition, the manager confirmed to me that the aubergines, which were the filling, had been cut at the moment and cooked in the oven (therefore neither fried nor grilled). Really super!
We will definitely be back in some other lunch break, see you soon.
