Ieri ci sono stato a pranzo ed ho optato per il "menù fisso". L'ambiente è rimasto molto carino come in origine, con personale cortese e disponibile; servizio rapido. Di primo, ho preso le penne crema di montasio e speck ma, a mio avviso, ho trovato il piatto insipido (sapeva di poco) perché c'era poca crema di formaggio e poco speck. Di secondo, cordon bleu di melanzane. Piatto presentato e cucinato bene ma insipido pure quello. Sicuramente tutte pietanze preparate con ingredienti freschi e di qualità, ma con sapori non equilibrati, che non davano soddisfazione al palato. Ho bevuto un buon quartino di vino e alla fine un caffè corretto che ho dovuto pagare interamente a parte, come a parte ho dovuto pagare la differenza tra il quartino di vino che ho chiesto e il calice previsto dal menu come rappresentato, senza troppi complimenti, dalla cassiera. Grazie e buona fortuna. It had been a while since I had gone into this place and I have lost count of all the management it has changed. Yesterday I was there for lunch and I opted for the "fixed menu". The environment has remained very nice as it was originally, with courteous and helpful staff; quick service. First, I took the penne with montasio cream and speck but, in my opinion, I found the dish bland (it tasted little) because there was little cream cheese and little speck. Second, aubergine cordon bleu. Dish presented and cooked well but bland as well. Surely all dishes prepared with fresh and quality ingredients, but with unbalanced flavors, which did not satisfy the palate. I drank a good quart of wine and at the end a correct coffee that I had to pay entirely separately, as well as I had to pay the difference between the quart of wine I asked for and the glass provided on the menu as represented, without too many compliments, from the cashier. Il servizio è stato eccellente e mi sono sentito di complimentarmi anche in diretta con una brava e bella cameriera.
