Oggi stufa di girare da uno al altro con prezzi impazziti , ho deciso di ritornare ho trovato la dr.ssa Carta che a suo tempo mi segui sono doddisfatta a livello professionale medico , personale amministrativo e economicamente ho trovato la stessa serietà di 30 anni fa . B	Betty Capello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado all' AIED dal 1978 mi sono sempre trovata molto, molto bene...visite molto soddisfacenti e accurate. Seguita benissimo anche in gravidanza. Per ultima cosa, i prezzi sono decisamente contenuti ! ? I have been going to AIED since 1978 I have always found myself very, very well ... very satisfying and accurate visits. La parola CONSULTORIO fa capire che puoi andare e avere informazioni e fare una visita senza pagare... E soprattutto personale maleducato .. Non sono io che devo chiedere se un consultorio non sono mai stati privati ma ben si chi risponde al telefono se ci sono cose da pagare devono comunicare al cliente ... Ripeto il personale è stato maleducato e non hanno fatto il loro lavoro .. E io non mi sono alterata .. Ero calma mi sono alterata quando avete dato la colpa a me per non aver chiesto se era a pagamento VERGOGNA People who when you call do not inform you even though they have said that it is the first time and you go there to echo to understand certain things and you have to pay .. Ogni anno va pagata una tessera che dà diritto alle visite a un prezzo calmierato. Historic clinic that works very well. I have been going there personally since 1985. Dopo aver riferito alla dottoressa che sono al 30 settimane di gravidanza seguita al Galliera però da 2 mesi che non faccio controlli perché per via COVID mi hanno spostato gli appuntamenti. Quindi ero lì per un controllo rassicurativo. Nn mi ha misurato la pressione e neanche sentire il battito e Poi mentre mi monitora la pancia mi dice che non è radiologa. Poi la visita finisce lì, nn penso di aver fatto più di 5 minuti. E mi ha fatto andare via. I have always enjoyed myself every time I go there but not today, I was disappointed. c	chiara falcini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono paziente all'AIED da 40 anni e da molti anni con la dott.ssa Carta, davvero gentile, paziente e molto delicata cosa non da poco visto che io non ho avuto gravidanze. Il PAP test è veramente un esame odioso ma con lei è facile facile :-) L'unica cosa che posso suggerire nell'ottica del miglioramento è la comunicazione. Tenere una segr. telefonica che nel messaggio dice "siamo aperti dalle ...alle" ma poi non fornisce nessuna altra indicazione è una stranezza. Siamo aperti e quindi? Disponibili da quando?? Spesso la trovo per parecchie ore e non c'è la possibilità di attendere nè di capire quando richiamare perchè il messaggio è privo di indicazioni, se non quella che sono aperti...beh per quello basta leggere gli orari. Date qualche informazione in più in modo da evitare di far richiamare e richiamare a vuoto...
