Sicuramente si sanno presentare bene ma sono assolutamente da evitare. Appartamento acquistato diversi anni fa e consegnato in ritardo, con tantissimi problemi di rifinitura, impiantistici,e strutturali. Non rispondono ne alle mail ne alle telefonate sia mie sia del mio legale. Promettono di risolvere le infinite problematiche ma sono anni che è tutto uguale. Prezzi fuori mercato, se dovete comprare casa, guardate altrove. Less than one star cannot be given. Dopo avermi venduto casa nuova in zona Grotta perfetta si sono rivelati sordi a sistemare le anomalie che sono state trovate nell'appartamento. C'è' a distanza di 2 anni un contenzioso con la ditta che ha fatto gli impianti e quindi nessuno interviene. Per di più alcuni impianti energetici classificati e venduti A+ non sono ancora stati collaudati o non funzionanti o guasti. Inoltre stanno vendendo altri appartamenti nella stessa via. Quindi AIC non è ora una cooperativa edilizia da consigliare fino a quando questa situazione troverà, se la troverà, una soluzione giuridica AIC turned out to be a cooperative if it failed to meet my expectations.
