Dopo diversi anni che andavo da loro sono stati capaci di tirarmi fuori un preventivo di spesa di 700€ per il tagliando dei 60k/24mesi per una Kia Stonic, come da preventivo secondo loro era nella norma. Ritirata l’auto senza pensiero sono andato in un altro punto dove mi hanno fatto 420€ tutto compreso stesse sostituzioni.
Ladri è dire poco, ma non mi riferisco ai singoli dipendenti dell’officina, quanto a chi da loro questa libertà di speculare su tagliandi e altro.
Vergognoso che solo dopo avergli fatto notare la spesa, hanno provato a scendere di prezzo come se stessi a Porta Portese comprando merce di seconda mano.
Continuate così, andate per la vostra strada, ma non lamentatevi se i clienti poi vanno da Norauto, Midas o altre officine e siete costretti a ridurre il personale per la mancanza di lavoro. Spero non vi succeda mai, ma siete sulla buona strada!

After several years that I went to them they were able to come up with a cost estimate of 700 € for the 60k / 24months coupon for a Kia Stonic, according to them it was normal. Having picked up the car without thinking, I went to another point where they made me 420 € all inclusive with the same replacements.
Thieves is an understatement, but I am not referring to individual workshop employees, as to those who give them this freedom to speculate on coupons and more.
Shameful that only after having pointed out the expense, they tried to go down in price as if they were in Porta Portese buying second-hand goods.
Keep it up, go your own way, but don't complain if customers then go to Norauto, Midas or other workshops and are forced to cut staff due to lack of work. I hope it never happens to you, but you are on the right track!
