S	Samuel Avella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato a fare rifornimento con la carta...il terminale diceva per 2 volte transazione rifiutata, una volta arrivato a casa mi sono ritrovato la notifica di -59 euro dall'applicazione. Esigo un risarcimento, visto che la colpa è del terminale che non ha funzionato a dovere. Ho chiamato il numero ma non risponde nessuno I went to refuel with the card ... the terminal said 2 times transaction refused, once I got home I found the notification of -59 euros from the application. I demand compensation, since the fault lies with the terminal that did not work properly. I called the number but no one answers

Nessuna assistenza al distributore, nessun numero di telefono da chiamare, nessun sito internet dove richiedere assistenza. Bad service. I refueled using my credit card and was charged double the amount spent and displayed on the receipt. No assistance to the distributor, no telephone number to call, no website where to request assistance.

m	massimo massimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i prezzi concordo che sono vantaggiosi, ma, dovete stare attenti perchè il selfservice a volte va in tilrt con i propri terminali e per chi usa bankomat o/e carta di credito decurta i soldi senza aver fatto carburante . conosco delle persone a cui sono state decurtate €100 oppure come a me mi ha decurtato €32 senza mai aver fatto carburante di quella cifra, il 23/11/2019 fatto carburante e fatto chiamata di assistenza dalla torretta ,(PERCHE' NON CE' NESSUNO ALLA STAZIONE ), hanno preso in carico il problema ma a distanza di gg non li ho ancora sentiti, STATE ATTENTI !!!! the prices agree that they are advantageous, but, you have to be careful because the selfservice sometimes goes in tilrt with its own terminals and for those who use bankomat or / and credit card decurta money without having made fuel. I know of people who have been reduced by € 100 or, like me, cut me € 32 without ever having made fuel of that amount, on 23/11/2019 made fuel and called for assistance from the turret, (WHY 'NOT' NONE TO THE STATION), have taken charge of the problem but after a day I have not heard them yet, BE CAREFUL !!!!

Spesa effettiva: 20,01 euro. martedì mi è stato addebitato l'importo erogato (20,01 euro appunto) ma ad oggi - giovedì - ho comunque ancora congelati 101,00 euro sul conto corrente. Se dovessi fare rifornimento a tre mezzi diversi in un giorno mi trovo bloccati 303,00 euro? Follia ingiustificata. Mai più un rifornimento da voi, nemmeno pagando in contanti.
