It is cold and very noisy from the trains passing right under the house. I will never settle here again.

The nice owner though does not speak English. The apartment is clean and pleasant. The only small minus for the trains outside the window. Overall, I recommend it

I booked a double room saying that I needed room for up to 16, the other person would remain in the room to work remotely. In addition we have a little dog and my nephew would have been added (obviously paying) I am told that there was only one quadruple room left, that is double and two bunk beds, so wide with sea view and balcony. On the day of arrival, via whatsapp he asks me what time we would arrive, and he writes to me that the quadruple has rented it and that after two days we would have to move to a very small double room with a window overlooking the mountains. So, given the owner's incorrectness, we decided not to go because he gave us a lot of annoyance that he had taken for granted that we would accept to move, without even asking for it verbally and in time. I asked for the deposit to be returned and I was denied! He claims that the quadruple room was given to me courtesy !! Nice courtesy! He is a liar, because when I booked there were no rooms available other than the quadruple, evidently someone who had booked the double gave him the hole and thought of getting married and taking the room I had booked. You can't agree on a room and then be moved to another without even asking. Dishonest. I'm waiting for my money to be returned!

Lovely and brand new B&B. We chose a room called “Venere” - the smallest and most economical - option, however this did not affect the quality of the stay. Let's start with cleanliness - it is from the series excellently, there is no way to get to the bottom of it, among other things it smells like everything new. The bed is good, the mattress is decent, the pillows are large with memory. I was also pleased with the toilet room - shower at the level of "sharko")) - works great and there are no comments. There are 3 soft white scented towels for each guest. The room also has a TV, a variety of one-click lighting solutions, and the room is either light or intimate. Among the shortcomings: the spma room is small, but for this period it was the only free one, so it would be ideal for one person, or two. From the only window there is a beautiful view of the mountains, but also on 2 lanes of the railway, where, about once an hour, high-speed trains pass - soundproof double-glazed windows will help you)) The owners are a young couple Paolo and his fiancée - speak excellent English, very friendly and well-mannered. The slightest request - we are ready to help without any problems. I also liked the fact that guests have at their disposal coffee and tea at any time, as well as fruits and some sweets. Breakfast is within normal limits. I would suggest adding yogurt. Wi-fi is good enough, but not super fast - online video sometimes freezes, but all social networks are viewed perfectly. The location itself is also very convenient - really 2 minutes walk - and the sea stretches out its arms. In general, I would come back to this place again, the price-quality ratio is the best in this place. Plus, the guys really try - and it's always nice. My mark is solid "8.5". Keep it up ??
