S	SILVIO SIGNORACCI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vi fidate, ci è convenuto portare la macchina a Roma con il carro attrezzi per farla riparare, nonostante lo spostamento abbiamo pagato la metà, questa gente si approfitta della necessita altrui facendovi pagare il doppio solo perchè sfruttano l'esigenza, purtroppo i soldi non crescono sopra alle piante come i frutti, e bisognerebbe essere più onesti soprattutto chi ha le convenzioni! Poi un officina che non ha i cavetti elettrici, per qualsiasi esigenza, è a mio avviso o poco professionale o poco disposto ad aiutare ma solo a guadagnare! Do not trust, we agreed to take the car in Rome with the tow truck for repair, despite the shift we paid half, these people will take advantage of the needs of others making you pay twice just because exploiting the need, unfortunately not the money grow above the plants like fruits, and should be more honest especially those conventions! Then a workshop that has no electrical wires, for any need, in my opinion or unprofessional or unwilling to help but only to gain!
C	Cristina Io (Kikkaio) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non eccessivamente celeri nel soccorso, mi hanno fatto aspettare quasi due ore sul ciglio dell'autostrada. quando poi si è trattato di andare a pagare il prezzo del trasporto è stato una grossa botta al portafoglio. se non altro si sono attivati per rimettermi la macchina in strada, cercando una gomma che fosse sostituibile con la mia, oramai distrutta. ma essendo un gommista mi sarei aspettata alm,eno una ruote della stessa dimensione della mia, invece mi sono dovuta accontentare anche di un ruotino. almeno sono riuscita a tornare a casa con la mia macchina. not excessively quick in the rescue, they made me wait almost two hours on the edge of the highway. when it came to paying the transportation price, it was a big hit on the wallet. if nothing else they took action to put the car back on the road, looking for a tire that could be replaced with mine, now destroyed. but being a tire dealer I would have expected at least, and even a wheel the same size as mine, instead I had to settle for a small wheel. at least I managed to go home with my car.

Non so se ci riandrei. Effettuano servizio di soccorso stradale. Qualità per ora non verificabile. Staff availability, but very high prices for various services or spare parts. The place is a bit uncomfortable as it is on an unpaved road. I don't know if I would go back. They carry out roadside assistance. Quality not verifiable for now.

Lunedì e martedì ho dovuto chiamare più volte io per sapere il danno della mia macchina, non ho ricevuto nessuna telefonata da parte loro per sapere i costi di riparazione. Al che Mercoledì finalmente, dopo aver richiamato sempre io (e qui ho notato poca professionalità) mi hanno fatto sapere il preventivo (un po’ alto) ed io ho deciso di mandare il mio meccanico con il suo carro attrezzi a riprendere la macchina.che però è andato il giovedì. Al finale mi hanno fatto pagare 3 giorni di parcheggio (mart-merc-gio) anziché due, (merc-giov) perché le signore del centralino dicevano che mi avevano chiamato loro il martedì per darmi il preventivo e che potevamo stare ore a parlare al telefono perché avevano ragione loro. I was rescued quickly and kindly on Sunday evening but the sequel leaves something to be desired. My car remained in their workshop. On Monday and Tuesday I had to call several times to find out the damage to my car, I have not received any phone calls from them to find out the repair costs. On Wednesday finally, after always calling me back (and here I noticed a lack of professionalism) they let me know the quote (a bit high) and I decided to send my mechanic with his tow truck to take the car back. however it went on Thursday. At the end they charged me for 3 days of parking (Tue-Wed-Thu) instead of two, (Wed-Thu) because the switchboard ladies said that they had called me on Tuesday to give me the quote and that we could spend hours talking to the phone because they were right.

La Signora che gestisce l'ufficio dell'officina ha sostenuto con disprezzo che il danno era già esistente. I due dipendenti invece si sono dimostrati molto disponibili e cortesi. My Rescue Camper was delivered to me repaired after a month with a broken seat belt and a broken rear bumper. The lady who runs the workshop office scornfully argued that the damage already existed. The two employees, on the other hand, proved to be very helpful and courteous.
