★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto competente. Ha riparato il mio flash Canon 580 II molto bene! Ho sentito troppe lamentele on line su questo negozio, in verità è una persona onesta quello che lavora e soprattutto ne capisce. Se avete qualche cosa fuori garanzia, vi troverà la soluzione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eccellente centro di assistenza e riparazione di fotocamere e videocamere. Luigi si è rivelato un tecnico competente, disponibile e rispettoso dei (brevi) tempi di consegna della mia Nikon. L'accoglienza sua e di sua moglie è stata improntata a gradevole cordialità e massima educazione. Per il parcheggio, posso dire che per ho preferito avvalermi di quello sotterraneo ubicato in piazza Giulio Cesare, distante appena un paio di cento metri dalla sede del laboratorio. Centro vivamente consigliato.
Excellent service and repair center for cameras and camcorders. Luigi turned out to be a competent technician, available and respectful of the (short) delivery times of my Nikon. His and his wife's welcome was marked by pleasant cordiality and utmost education. For the parking, I can say that I preferred to use the underground one located in Piazza Giulio Cesare, just a couple of hundred meters away from the laboratory. Center highly recommended.

La prima è stata ottima per quanto riguarda accoglienza e competenza ma i tempi per la sostituzione del cavo diaframma sono stati molto lunghi richiedendo un mese e mezzo di attesa(anche oltre le stime da loro indicate). Potrebbe esser stato un caso.
RECENSIONE AGGIORNATA: sono tornato per la riparazione di un flash canon. Il personale si è riconfermato cordiale e competente. Il flash è stato riparato entro le 2 settimane (io stesso avevo segnalato di non avere urgenza). Soddisfatto.
I leave 4 (instead of 5) stars waiting to be able to return a second time. The first was excellent in terms of hospitality and competence but the times for replacing the diaphragm cable were very long, requiring a month and a half of waiting (even beyond the estimates they indicated). It could have been a coincidence.
UPDATED REVIEW: I'm back for a canon flash repair. The staff was confirmed as friendly and competent. The flash was fixed within 2 weeks (I myself had reported that it was not urgent). Satisfied.
