Trascorsi 5 giorni senza ottenere alcuna risposta ho telefonato direttamente in ditta.
Mi è stato risposto che, considerata la mole di lavoro, non riescono a far fronte a tutte le richieste. Ho fatto notare alla mia interlocutrice che mi sarei accontentato di una semplicissima risposta del tipo..."la ringrazio per averci contattati interverremo dopo il....." Risposta anche preconfezionata ma sufficiente ad evitarmi ulteriori perdite di tempo. Considerati i ritmi e le dinamiche alle quali oggi giorno il mercato ci impone, mi permetto di suggerire a questa Azienda un aggiornamento dei propri protocolli relativi alla gestione delle richieste di intervento, primo indice di serietà e qualità dei servizi offerti.

After 5 days without getting any answer, I called the company directly.
I was told that, given the amount of work, they cannot cope with all the requests. I pointed out to my interlocutor that I would have been satisfied with a very simple answer of the type ... "thank you for having contacted us we will intervene after the ....." Answer also pre-packaged but enough to avoid me further loss of time. Given the pace and dynamics to which today day the market imposes on us, I suggest to this company an update of its protocols on the handling of requests for intervention, the first index of reliability and quality of services offered.
