Al piano superiore le tele estroflesse "Senza Titolo" di fine anni Cinquanta, molto impattanti. Scarpitta, con la sua "arte in movimento" ci cattura perché ci trasmettere la suo essere tutt'uno con l'arte, le sue passioni che si fanno arte; l'originalità della sua esperienza vissuta in prima persona che si fa filtro diretto tra arte e vita.
Al piano inferiore opere caratterizzate dalla ripetizione modulare di croci X bendate, fasciate, mimetizzate o smembrate fanno emergere lo stile riconoscibile dell'artista e l'intento di creare un unicum, un filo conduttore nel pensiero e nel linguaggio che lo contraddistingue e lo rende immediatamente riconoscibile.

Upstairs, the everted "Untitled" canvases from the late 1950s are very striking. Scarpitta, with his "art in motion" captures us because he transmits his being at one with art, his passions that become art; the originality of his first-person experience that becomes a direct filter between art and life.
On the lower floor, works characterized by the modular repetition of blindfolded, bandaged, camouflaged or dismembered X crosses bring out the artist's recognizable style and the intent to create a unicum, a common thread in thought and language that distinguishes it and makes it immediately recognizable.
