The three-story room has three bedrooms, clean and tidy. Kitchenware, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom heater, heating and other housing facilities are complete. Free parking is available on the roadside downstairs. The surrounding scenery is excellent, sitting in the living room can enjoy the lake. The only downside is that the bathroom has no shower curtain and is prone to splashing water.

La casa si trova a poche decine di metri dal lago e proprio di fronte parte la ciclabile che lo costeggia e poi prosegue verso Misurina. Casa a disposizione degli ospiti tutto l'anno con 3 camere doppie e due bagni. Se necessario, sono a disposizione degli ospiti più piccoli lettino da viaggio, seggiolone e scalda biberon. Vista sul lago, verso le Tre Cime di Lavaredo e altre splendide Dolomiti. Da qua si raggiunge facilmente Cortina, la val Pusteria, Pieve di Cadore, Sappada, San Candido, Dobbiaco. House available to guests all year round with 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. If necessary, smaller travel cot, high chair and bottle warmer are available for guests. View of the lake, towards the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and other splendid Dolomites. From here it is easy to reach Cortina, Val Pusteria, Pieve di Cadore, Sappada, San Candido, Dobbiaco.

Grazie ad Alessandro e Silvia che sono stati preziosi e molto disponibili. Appartamento bellissimo, dotato di ogni confort e molto gradevole. Noi dovevamo lavorare in smart working e il wi fi è risultato ottimo, cosa per noi fondamentale. Impagabile la vista dalle finestre sia del lago sia delle Tre Cime di Lavaredo. Comodo il parcheggio e anche i negozi. Unica nota è il traffico della strada sotto casa, però chiudendo le finestre questo sparisce. Torneremo sicuramente ! my partner and I spent almost 40 days in the summer and we had a wonderful time. Thanks to Alessandro and Silvia who were precious and very helpful. Beautiful apartment, equipped with every comfort and very pleasant. We had to work in smart working and the wi fi was excellent, which is fundamental for us. The view from the windows of both the lake and the Tre Cime di Lavaredo is priceless. Convenient parking and shops. The only note is the traffic on the street below the house, but by closing the windows this disappears. We will definitely be back!
