P	Paolo Rossato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto fantastico dall'accoglienza alla professionalitá di come è stato presentato il prodotto, nonché la competenza nell'aiutare il cliente ad identificare il casco giusto per lui, inteso in tipologia, abbinata al tipo di moto posseduta ed ovviamente nell'identificare la taglia giusta, ritoccando il casco all'istante, al fine di renderlo il più confortevole possibile. Quindi nessun problema .... se non quello di scegliere la livrea, ma del resto non c'è da meravigliarsi quando si viene posti a scegliere tra un migliaio di caschi in esposizione!! Vi allego una foto di un piccolo scorcio della show room, immaginate il resto, anzi andateci, perché parole ed immagini non saranno mai sufficienti per descrivere lo spettacolo a cui vi troverete ad assistere. Il casco è arrivato in pochi giorni e devo dire che ne sono rimasto molto sorpreso. Leggero, dimensioni contenute e dettagli davvero ben curati. Packaging perfetto. Ordino a metà dicembre un casco a catalogo serie Customized ,attendo due mesi chiedendo di tanto in tanto qualche info e facendo sempre notare di non aver fretta,quando finalmente mi comunicano che il casco è pronto chiedo loro alcune foto che tardano però giorni ad arrivare,sollecito,ma il titolare addirittura mi dice che devo abbassare i toni...Escono finalmente le foto,pago e chiedo tracking number(mai arrivato),dopo 3 giorni chiedo info sullo stato della spedizione,mi dicono che è stato perso il casco,che non sanno in nessun modo come rintracciarlo che ci vogliono 5-10 giorni per fare luce sulla questione...!!!. Stupito della cosa chiedo spiegazioni ma sembrano seccati e mi fanno passare anche da rompiscatole,mi liquidano proponendomi di rifarne uno da zero. Stanco della presa in giro,annullo l'ordine...mi restituiscono i soldi subito senza nemmeno provare a salvare la situazione. Gestione inammissibile della vendita e attenzione al cliente inesistente,almeno nel mio caso. I had bought 3 helmets from them in the past and they seemed serious and professional. I order a helmet from the Customized series catalog in mid-December, I wait two months asking for some info from time to time and always pointing out that I am not in a hurry, when they finally tell me that the helmet is ready I ask them for some photos that take days to arrive, however. I prompt, but the owner even tells me that I have to tone down ... The photos finally come out, I pay and ask for a tracking number (never arrived), after 3 days I ask for information on the status of the shipment, they tell me that the helmet has been lost, who do not know in any way how to track it that it takes 5-10 days to shed some light on the matter ... !!!. Amazed by what I ask for explanations but they seem annoyed and make me pass even as a pain in the ass, they dismiss me by proposing to redo one from scratch. Tired of the teasing, I cancel the order ... they give me my money back right away without even trying to save the day. Inadmissible management of the sale and attention to the non-existent customer, at least in my case.
