Ho acquistato un paio di stivali da 90 € in vera pelle. Purtroppo era un modello difettato in quanto dopo un'ora che li indossavo la pelle è "ceduta" e si è tutta rovinata. Le ho riportate in negozio una settimana dopo l'acquisto e non volevano assolutamente cambiarmele. Dopo la mia insistenza hanno chiamato l'azienda (produttrice delle scarpe) che ha riconosciuto il difetto e ha accettato il cambio. La commessa mi ha trattata comunque in modo molto maleducato e arrogante fin dal primo momento che mi sono presentata in negozio. Non ci metterò più piede
Bad experience.
I bought a pair of 90 € genuine leather boots. Unfortunately it was a defective model because after an hour that I was wearing them the leather "gave way" and was all ruined. I brought them back to the store a week after purchase and they absolutely didn't want to change them. After my insistence they called the company (shoe manufacturer) who recognized the defect and accepted the change. The saleswoman treated me in a very rude and arrogant way from the first moment I showed up in the shop. I won't set foot there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio ben fornito. Sono stato servito benissimo, tutte le persone che lavorano in negozio sono molto gentili. Non so se sia un punto vendita più economico rispetto ad altri ma ci tornerò perché chi ci lavora merita anche che si paghi un prezzo un po' più alto. Top.
Nice well stocked shop. I was served great, all the people who work in the shop are very nice. I don't know if it's a cheaper point of sale than others but I'll be back because those who work there also deserve to pay a little higher price. Top.
