Al 528gymnasium ho trovato delle persone fantastiche, coach preparati che ti seguono in tutto e ti aiutano a migliorare. Partendo da una classe base per chi si affaccia per la prima volta e passando poi in classe standard per un livello di lavoro più complesso e competitivo, dando molta importanza alla tecnica e lavorando sulla parte di potenziamento mi sono trovato a crescere su molte Skill evitando infortuni che mediamente succede a chi non cura questi due aspetti fondamentali. incredibile come ti seguano gli allenatori ed il clima che c'è è paragonabile a quello di una seconda famiglia. Non ho frequentato molte palestre o Box, ma se dovessi trovarmi nel consigliare un luogo dove andare ad allenarsi non ci penserei due volte a suggerire il 528 GYMNASIUM. Per chi inoltre voglia affrontare incontri di MMA o chi vuole diventare un fenomeno del CALISTHENICS presso il 528 ha la possibilità di partecipare a corsi dedicati. Se si potesse dare un voto più alto sicuramente lo darei!
