O si sono trasferiti o hanno chiuso, non si sa. I wanted to request the activation of the landline at home but there is no this store at the new Via Prenestina 71 address. Either they moved or they closed, nobody knows.

Questa recensione mi sa tanto di concorrenza sleale perchè tutti sanno come lavoriamo, con professionalità e dedizione, risolvendo a volte problemi che non ci competono, sempre con la massima educazione e serietà pertanto sarebbe molto più giusto, nei confronti di persone che lavorano e si mettono in gioco tutti i giorni, dare una motivazione ad una recensione che così com'è messa non ha senso e non è istruttiva per altri potenziali clienti. Siamo sempre disponibili ed aperti nel risolvere ogni tipo di problematica ed infangare in questo modo il nostro negozio e quello che facciamo con passione da sempre, la riteniamo una cosa non corretta. Le recensioni su internet dovrebbero essere costruttive e quindi aiutare il commerciante a migliorare il proprio servizio. Una recensione negativa non motivata per quanto ci riguarda non ha senso. In response to the 2-star rating received, it would be much more correct to give an explanation to a negative review than to put 2 stars without a valid reason for the sole purpose of harming guys like us who are working. This review knows a lot about unfair competition because everyone knows how we work, with professionalism and dedication, sometimes solving problems that do not compete, always with the utmost education and seriousness therefore it would be much more fair, towards people who work and put themselves at stake every day, giving a motivation to a review that is made as it makes no sense and is not instructive for other potential customers. We are always available and open in solving any type of problem and in this way muddying our shop and what we have always done with passion, we believe it to be incorrect. Reviews on the internet should be constructive and therefore help the trader to improve his service. An unmotivated negative review as far as we are concerned does not make sense.
