Tanto che da ottobre 2018 mi sono trovata un'avvocato per risolvere alcune questioni con una condomina e non solo. Dato che al telefono non mi rispondono,alla mia personale mail neanche, ho dovuto farli contattare dal mio avvocato anche scorsa settimana per avere alcuni chiarimenti su delle spese accreditate.. trovo tutto questo assurdo!! Alla mail del mio avvocato hanno subito risposto iniziando con: mi spiace che la sua cliente non riesca a mettersi in contatto con noi. Cosa che mi fa sentire parecchio presa in giro!! Talmente dispiaciuti che non si sono nemmeno sprecati di fare una telefonata. Mi sono state addebitate le spese del sollecito che mi hanno mandato per il mancato incasso in data prevista per le spese condominiali,ma io che sono stata costretta a trovarmi un'avvocato per avere chiarimenti proprio perché loro non mi danno retta,mica gli ho mandato la parcella!!!
For years they administer the condo where I live and I'm not at all happy !!! So much so that by October 2018 I found a lawyer to resolve some issues with a condomina and beyond. Since the phone does not respond to me, even to my personal mail, I had to get them to contact my attorney last week also to have some clarification on the accredited expenses .. I find this absurd !! At the mail of my lawyer I have responded immediately by starting with: I'm sorry that his client is not able to get in touch with us. What makes me feel a lot joke !! Such is sorry that you are not even wasted to make a phone call. They have been charged fees of the reminder that they sent me for not collecting in the date provided for the expenses, but I that I was forced to find a lawyer to have their questions because they do not give me a straight, not I sent the bill !!!
