Dopo un lungo imbarazzo nella scelta, ho provato quella con la zucca...decisamente fuori dall'ordinario! Pizzeria Consigliatissima! Si vede lontano un miglio che la materia prima è di altissima qualità e - soprattutto - locale e di stagione, cosa rara per una pizzeria al taglio. Raro anche trovare personale veramente accogliente, come la ragazza al banco che alla mia prima visita mi ha offerto un trancio di carbonara - ora la mia pizza preferita. Bravi e bravi ancora. Impasti leggeri, ingredienti sempre freschi, fanno anche il pane con lievito madre! Non è la solita pizza gommosa/suola di scarpa. E poi il personale é sempre gentile e sa come prenderti, soprattutto la banconista é simpaticissima! L'ideale per uno spuntino leggero, pausa pranzo o aperitivo in compagnia. :) Never tried better pizza, definitely the best pizza in town in town. Light dough, always fresh ingredients, they also make bread with sourdough! It's not the usual rubbery pizza / shoe sole. And then the staff is always kind and knows how to get you, especially the banker is very nice! Ideal for a light snack, lunch break or aperitif with friends. :)

Dalla prima volta che la provai così a caso con TooGoodToGo mi innamorai a primo morso. Non ho mai provato una pizza al taglio così buona, piena di sapori, genuina, leggera e croccante ma morbida allo stesso tempo. Credo che il tocco di classe lo diano gli ingredienti che sono freschissimi e di un’ottima qualità. Anche sapori che a me solitamente non piacciono, su una loro pizza magicamente sono buoni. Questo è un luogo da provare assolutamente se si visita Cosenza. L’unica pecca per cui do 4 stelle sono i dipendenti che sono alquanto antipatici, nessun sorriso, danno al luogo molta energia negativa. Mi dispiace per questo perché comunque è un dettaglio che non mi fa tornare con molto entusiasmo ma credo che sia normale una volta che ti fai un nome e che hai clienti a prescindere da tutto comportarsi così. I have never tried a pizza by the slice so good, full of flavors, genuine, light and crunchy but soft at the same time. I believe that the touch of class is given by the ingredients that are very fresh and of excellent quality. Even flavors that I usually don't like are magically good on one of their pizzas. This is a must-try place if you visit Cosenza. The only flaw I give 4 stars for are the employees who are somewhat unpleasant, no smiles, they give the place a lot of negative energy. I'm sorry for this because in any case it's a detail that doesn't make me come back with much enthusiasm but I think it's normal once you make a name for yourself and you have customers regardless of everything to behave like this. Pity.

Comincio col dire che per avere le idee chiare ho voluto prendere un pezzo diverso di ogni versione, tra quelle disponibili, scelta senza alcun dubbio perfetta che mi ha permesso non solo di deliziare il palato, ma soprattutto di provare gusti nuovi. L'impasto è superlativo, non ne ho mai assaggiato uno migliore, leggero e gustosissimo è la base perfetta per viaggi culinari di alto livello. Gli ingredienti utilizzati sono freschissimi, il livello anche in questo caso, non si batte. La materia prima e gli ingredienti tutti, vengono utilizzati con arte e maestria, dando luogo a sperimentazioni strepitose come cavolfiori e guanciale, giusto per citarne una. Se vi aspettate la solita pizzeria, lasciate perdere questa non fa per voi, se invece cercate un viaggio nel mondo del gusto, entrate pure e state certi che non vorrete più nient'altro! I prezzi infine, nella norma, considerando materie prime di indubbia qualità. Nel complesso, non posso che consigliarla e mi complimento con lo staff per l'ottimo lavoro.
