Amore a prima vista, personale qualificato e vi spiega a dettaglio ogni particolare. Ci sono sia pizze tradizionali che gourmet. Noi abbiamo portato per 2 pizze gourmet fuori menù. 1: impasto soft con gamberi e bottarga e spaghetti di zucchine. 2: impasto pop con asparagi bisque di gamberi,scorza di limone grattugiata e sale affumicato. PRODOTTI freschi abbinamenti top.. Che dire lasciatevi guidare dall originalità e assaporate nuovi gusti.. Passionate about particular doughs, I chose to try this pizzeria ... Love at first sight, qualified staff and explains every detail in detail. There are both traditional and gourmet pizzas. We brought for 2 off-menu gourmet pizzas. 1: soft dough with prawns and bottarga and courgette spaghetti. 2: pop dough with shrimp bisque asparagus, grated lemon zest and smoked salt. M	Mariangela Volpicelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante si trovi in una via pseudo centrale del paese, il contesto esterno non è bellissimo, ci sono edifici diroccati o molto vecchi che nulla hanno a che fare con alcuni panorami che si vedono quando ci si siede all'esterno. All'interno il locale è molto bello e molto curato, non eccessivamente capiente. Le pizze sono favolose, ma anche la cucina per quanto si evince dagli assaggi che ci sono stati omaggiati in attesa. Ho trovato alcune cose che non ho apprezzato, in primis il servizio. Se prenoto per le 20.30, a prescindere dalla capienza del locale, non è pensabile che l'ordine mi venga preso dopo più di 20 minuti. Non è previsto vino rosso al calice, e questa è una pecca. Se siamo in due non possiamo bere una bottiglia intera (sì, si potrebbe, ma meglio di no) e non viene servito nemmeno vino alla spina. Quando è stata ora di scegliere quale impasto volessimo, ci è stato detto che uno non era disponibile perché siamo arrivati tardi. A me non risulta che le 20.30 siano un orario tardo, capirei un'ora dopo, ossia quando ci è stata poi servita la pizza, che, ripeto, ho trovato molto buona, ma non era molto farcita e trovo spropositati i prezzi rispetto alle quantità. Spero comunque di essere capitata nella serata sbagliata perché il personale è estremamente cordiale e con altissima capacità di mantenimento calma. Despite being in a pseudo-central street of the town, the external context is not beautiful, there are dilapidated or very old buildings that have nothing to do with some of the views that you see when you sit outside. Inside, the restaurant is very nice and well-kept, not excessively large. The pizzas are fabulous, but so is the cuisine as far as can be seen from the tastings that have been paid to us while waiting. I found some things I didn't like, first and foremost the service. If I book for 8.30 pm, regardless of the capacity of the venue, it is unthinkable that the order will be taken after more than 20 minutes. There is no red wine by the glass, and this is a flaw. If there are two of us, we can't drink a whole bottle (yes, we could, but better not) and no draft wine is served either. When it was time to choose which dough we wanted, we were told that one was not available as we arrived late. To me it does not appear that 20.30 is a late time, I would understand an hour later, that is when we were then served the pizza, which, I repeat, I found very good, but it was not very stuffed and I find the prices disproportionate compared to the quantities . I still hope I happened on the wrong night because the staff are extremely friendly and have a very high ability to keep calm.

s	sire4918 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima qualità dei prodotti, personalmente non ho apprezzato le patatine fritte sulla pizza fatte a mò di Chips, servizio di alta classe con degustazione di alcuni prodotti inclusi mentre si aspetta il primo e il dessert alla fine, molto cordiali e disponibili Excellent quality of products, personally I did not appreciate the fries on pizza made as a kind of Chips, high class service with tasting of some products included while waiting for the first and dessert at the end, very friendly and helpful

Non abbiamo provato i piatti da ristorante ma sicuramente ci torneremo e lo faremo. La proprietaria e, soprattutto, chef, una persona da ammirare. Absolutely to try. Pizzas with variegated doughs and unique ingredients combined with each other. We haven't tried the restaurant dishes but we will definitely go back and do it. The owner and, above all, the chef, a person to admire.

Le decorazioni alle pareti, invitano a documentarsi sulla qualità delle materie prime utilizzate e la maestria nell’impastare. Giudizio: pizza ottima e digeribile. La prossima volta assaggerò i piatti di pesce Well-kept environment and thoughtful and professional service. The decorations on the walls invite you to read up on the quality of the raw materials used and the mastery of kneading. Judgment: excellent and digestible pizza. Puoi scegliere diversi tipi di impasti, alla napoletana, piuttosto che alla pala, al padellino, la soft, la pop ma non potrei descriverli oltre, perché sul menu sono molto dettagliati e rischierei di scrivere qualcosa di errato. Cmq veramente buona la pizza anche per gli ingredienti di primissima qualità( tartufo, crudo di Parma 24 mesi, tanto per citarne alcuni). Torneremo per assaggiare la parte di cucina che sembrava interessante. Una citazione al personale, gentile e preparato nell'illustrare i piatti anche fuori menu', e al titolare anch'esso molto cordiale. 5 stelle meritate Small-medium place, very welcoming. The pizzas are phenomenal !! You can choose different types of dough, Neapolitan, rather than shovel, pan, soft, pop but I could not describe them further, because on the menu they are very detailed and I would risk writing something wrong. Anyway, the pizza is really good also for the top quality ingredients (truffle, raw Parma ham 24 months, just to name a few). We will be back to sample the part of the cuisine that looked interesting. A quote to the staff, kind and prepared in illustrating the dishes even off the menu, and to the owner who is also very friendly. 5 stars you deserve
