M	Marco Santoro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente da dire in merito agli appartamenti (belli, comfortevoli e molto suggestivi dalle foto) ma ho dovuto interrompere la procedura di prenotazione poichè: - ritengo esagerati eur 100 di deposito cauzionale (a fronte di prenotazione da 148 euro); - avendo stimato il nostro arrivo tra le 21 e le 22, leggendo le condizioni di prenotazione scopro che il late check in (dopo le 20) prevede un supplemento di eur 20 (e di eur 40 dopo la mezzanotte), troppo a mio avviso considerata la fascia oraria. A parità di qualità/prezzo ci sono strutture dotate di servizi più "cordiali e con maggiore accoglienza ed attenzione al cliente". Inoltre, essendo la struttura gestita da un network di hospitality ed experiences, salvo mio errore, non c'è alcun canale di contatto diretto (telefono, email per chiedere informazioni) se non dopo il pagamento...non rimborsabile. Nothing to say about the apartments (beautiful, comfortable and very suggestive from the photos) but I had to interrupt the booking procedure because: - I think the security deposit of EUR 100 is exaggerated (against a booking of 148 euros); - having estimated our arrival between 21 and 22, reading the booking conditions I discover that the late check in (after 20) provides a supplement of eur 20 (and eur 40 after midnight), too much in my opinion considered the time slot. At the same quality / price there are structures with more "cordial services and with greater hospitality and attention to the customer". Furthermore, since the structure is managed by a network of hospitality and experiences, except for my mistake, there is no direct contact channel (telephone, email to ask for information) except after payment ... non-refundable.

Location perfetta! Io dormito nella SMERALDO, una stanza (forse la più piccola) di 25 mq con affreschi originali sul soffitto e un comodissimo balcone. Potete scegliere 1940 ad occhi chiusi. If you pass by Ostuni you must stay overnight in a 1940 Luxury suite. A stone's throw from the historic center, convenient with parking, no night confusion. Perfect location! I slept in the SMERALDO, a room (perhaps the smallest) of 25 square meters with original frescoes on the ceiling and a very comfortable balcony. You can choose 1940 with your eyes closed.

Effettivamente è ben fatto… antico e moderno convivono all'interno del palazzo nato nel 1940 e ristrutturato con cura, fin nei minimi dettagli. Si rimane ammaliati dagli affreschi delle volte e dai pezzi storici che si incontrano nelle aree comuni. Le terrazze permettono di rilassarsi e vedere bellissimi tramonti. Le camere sono dotate di ogni comfort: bollitore, macchinetta x caffè, letto comodissimo, phon moderno, mini frigo, doccia idromassaggio, ecc. La struttura si trova davvero a pochi passi dal centro storico di Ostuni, inoltre rimane vicino a tutti i servizi indispensabili per una comoda villeggiatura quali ristoranti, bar, banche, giornalaio ecc. Consigliatissimo. I got to appreciate the “1940 Luxury accommodations” B&B. Indeed it is well done… ancient and modern coexist inside the building born in 1940 and renovated with care, down to the smallest detail. You will be fascinated by the frescoes on the vaults and by the historical pieces that are found in the common areas. The terraces allow you to relax and see beautiful sunsets. The rooms are equipped with every comfort: kettle, coffee machine, comfortable bed, modern hairdryer, mini fridge, hydromassage shower, etc. The property is really a few steps from the historic center of Ostuni, and is also close to all the essential services for a comfortable holiday such as restaurants, bars, banks, newsagents, etc. Highly recommended.
