★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il miglior cornetto che io abbia mai mangiato nel 2016. L'impasto era fragrante, opera di lieviti naturali di ottima qualità. I grassi anch'essi di qualità non risultavano untuosi. La crema al pistacchio non risulta pesante nè di grassi nè di uova. La leggerezza è accompagnata da un sapore intenso che fa pensare a materiali di partenza di ottima qualità. Ho assaggiato anche un panzerotto alle verdure che ha confermato le qualità di panettieri che di pasticcieri
The best croissant I've ever eaten in 2016. The dough was fragrant, made from natural yeasts of excellent quality. The fats also of quality were not greasy. The pistachio cream is not heavy, neither fat nor egg. Lightness is accompanied by an intense flavor that suggests excellent quality starting materials. I also tasted a panzerotto with vegetables which confirmed the qualities of bakers and pastry chefs
