★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno installato infissi in casa. Mi sono ritrovato i vetri completamente graffiati. Quando li ho contattati hanno dato colpa alla ditta che ha effettuato i lavori. Avendo notato difetto subito dopo il montaggio ho preteso sostituzione dei vetri in stato peggiore. Prese misure e " la richiamo tra 2-3 settimane appena arrivano". Sono passati quasi 3 anni e non ho mai ricevuto chiamate né hanno mai risposto alle mie telefonate ed email. Ora capisco perché il loro preventivo era il più conveniente. Sconsigliati.
They installed fixtures in the house. I found myself completely scratched. When I contacted them they blamed the company that carried out the work. Having noticed a defect immediately after the assembly I demanded replacement of the glass in a worse state. Measures taken and "recall in 2-3 weeks as soon as they arrive". Almost 3 years have passed and I have never received calls or ever answered my phone calls and emails. Now I understand why their budget was the cheapest. Not recommended.
