Credo però che prima di tutto, sopratutto in un luogo che si propone quale modello di rispetto ambientale e umano, ci debba essere il rispetto per le PERSONE. Sono stata stamattina in negozio, a chiedere un cambio per una tovaglia che da 200 cm si è ridotta a180 nonostante abbia seguito le indicazioni di lavaggio presenti in etichetta, e mi sono sentita dire che una donna dovrebbe sapere come si comporta un tessuto di un certo tipo. La titolare mi ha detto che non è certo grave, mettere una tovaglia che non copre il tavolo di qualche centimetro .
In tutti i modi , tra lo sguardo costernato dei colleghi, ha cercato di evitare di sostituire il
prodotto, urlandomi di rivolgermi ad un avvocato qualora lo avessi ritenuto opportuno. Può una PERSONA, essere maltrattata, perché chiede di avere un prodotto conforme ai requisiti dichiarati al momento della vendita ?
