★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho pranzato qua con un paio di amici. Ho scelto polenta con cinghiale, piatto che definirei buonino.
Questo piatto viene servito in una porzione diciamo giusta, non particolarmente abbondante ma che comunque sfama. Il cinghiale è propriamente un ragù di conghiale; all'atto dell'ordine mi ero figurato uno spezzatino di cinghiale che trovo piu abituale da servire con la polenta, ma questo chiaramente è il mio parere e rispetto la diversa scelta che fa il locale.
Il servizio è veloce e il personale è cortese.
Diciamo che non tornerei per il piatto che ho scelto stavolta, ma vedendo il menu devo dire che il locale offre una interessante scelta di carni bovine da griglia, credo la specialità del locale, che tornerò ad assaggiare.
I had lunch here with a couple of friends. I chose polenta with wild boar, a dish that I would call good.
This dish is served in a portion let's say the right one, not particularly abundant but still satisfying. The wild boar is properly a conghiale ragù; at the time of ordering I had imagined a wild boar stew that I find more usual to serve with polenta, but this is clearly my opinion and I respect the different choice that the place makes.
The service is fast and the staff are courteous.
Let's say that I would not go back for the dish I chose this time, but seeing the menu I must say that the place offers an interesting choice of grilled beef, I think the local specialty, which I will return to taste.
