Ogni volta che ordino c'è un problema: ordini annullati anche dopo mezz'ora, crepes fredda o con farcitura sbagliata.. Una volta ho chiesto Nutella e mi è arrivata ripiena di una specie di cioccolato orrendo mischiato con uno sputo di Nutella.. Chiedo i topping del gelato in un contenitore separato e non leggono neanche le note difatti stavolta il gelato è arrivato con il topping al Kinder cereali sul fondo (congelato e duro come la pietra, immangiabile) e quello al pistacchio sopra tutto incollato alla carta.. Poi essendo il gelato per due persone diverse alla fine non hanno potuto mangiare il gelato con il gusto da loro scelto. Per non parlare di un'altra volta in cui il gelato è arrivato praticamente liquido. Il bello è che non esiste neanche un numero di telefono per chiamarli e chiedere spiegazioni. I prodotti sarebbero anche buoni ma se ogni volta c'è un problema non conviene più ordinare sinceramente.. Una volta può capitare che qualcosa vada storto, per cui abbiamo voluto dargli un'ultima possibilità.. Ma adesso basta! I prezzi sono anche parecchio alti e per niente in linea col servizio disattento e approssimativo che viene offerto. Sconsigliato su tutti i fronti, andate/ordinate da un'altra parte.

Every time I order there is a problem: orders canceled even after half an hour, cold crepes or with the wrong stuffing .. Once I asked for Nutella and I was filled with a kind of horrendous chocolate mixed with a spit of Nutella .. I ask for the ice cream toppings in a separate container and they don't even read the notes, in fact this time the ice cream arrived with the cereal Kinder topping on the bottom (frozen and hard as stone, inedible) and the pistachio topping above all glued to the paper .. Then being the ice cream for two different people in the end they could not eat the ice cream with the taste they chose. Not to mention another time when the ice cream arrived practically liquid. The beauty is that there is not even a phone number to call them and ask for explanations. The products would also be good but if every time there is a problem it is no longer convenient to order sincerely .. Once it may happen that something goes wrong, so we wanted to give it one last chance .. But that's enough! The prices are also quite high and not at all in line with the careless and approximate service that is offered. Not recommended on all fronts, go / order from another part.

Servizio maleducato, crepes bruciata e all'acquisto dei the, la commessa voleva rifilarmi i the in vetro da meno ml in quanto quelli in bottiglia (da piu' ml) erano stati appena caricati, non contenta ho scelto quelli "caldi", peccato pero' che fossero freschi da frigorifero. Mi spiace, ma una pessima merenda.
High prices: nutella crepes with added grain, two lemon estathe 10 €. Rude service, burned crepes and the purchase of tea, the order wanted to trim the glass tea for less than ml as those in the bottle (from more 'ml) had just been loaded, not happy I chose those "hot", but sin 'that they were fresh from the refrigerator. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto lo spiacevole piacere di confrontarmi col personale in merito alle modalità di pagamento dei prodotti della sua attività. Infatti volevo acquistare una granita e avendo solo la possibilità di pagare con carta, tale modalità mi è stata negata in quanto non soddisfava i minimi stabili (ovviamente non dalla Legislazione statale). Siamo nel 2021! MAI PIU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei segnalare al/ai responsabile/i di questo esercizio che oggi, una delle dipendenti (bionda mascherina bordeaux maleducata, scontrosa mi ha pure risposto male) alla richiesta di avere il cioccolato al latte mi ha messo SENZA DIRE NULLA della nutella e che essendomene accorta la risposta della ragazza è stata "non ce l'ho il cioccolato al latte".
Deve ringraziare di aver avuto davanti una persona non allergica e che se n'è accorta, non esiste né in cielo né in terra che un dipendente decida per il cliente. Se lavorasse in gelateria e non ci fosse più il pistacchio metterebbe la nocciola senza proferire parola?
Anzi forse forse se lo sarebbe meritato il cliente allergico, così una volta per tutte capiva cosa vuol dire essere lavoratrice SERIA.
