I went to this store on Monday for Christmas shopping. I took 2 pajamas, a bag and 3 scented waters. Great products and excellent service. All the smiling and helpful orders. The fast and friendly girl on checkout also made me all the gift packages in no time. I'll be back for sure!

Ho chiesto ad una commessa delle informazioni su alcuni prodotti, mentre mi "spiegava" non era molto presente e attenta, si guardava in giro e faceva tutto tranne che darmi informazioni sul prodotto, e inoltre si stiracchiava.... a parer mio comportamento poco adeguato! Inoltre c'era davvero poca scelta.... però questo non è colpa delle commesse! Bad experience! I asked a saleswoman for information on some products, while she "explained" to me she was not very present and attentive, she looked around and did everything except giving me information on the product, and also stretched .... in my opinion little behavior adequate! Furthermore, there was very little choice .... but this is not the fault of the orders!

Dopo circa 4 minuti di attesa perché non c'era nessuno ad accoglierci, e venuta dal retro una commessa mettendosi alla cassa senza neanche salutarci. Gentilmente mia moglie e andata presso di lei, con in mano un prodotto per chiedergli di averne uno uguale. Svogliata ente e in modo scortese gli ha risposto che se c'era lo travava sullo scaffale. Con mia figlia stavamo guardando altri articoli, ma dopo quella risposta siamo usciti dla negozio. My wife and my daughter just walked into the shop at the carousel. After about 4 minutes of waiting because there was no one to welcome us, a saleswoman came from the back and went to the cashier without even saying goodbye. My wife kindly went to her, holding a product to ask him to have a similar one. Listless and rude he replied that if there was he found it on the shelf.
