★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really lovely restaurant. The place itself is lovely, so are all the staff, and the food was divine. We began with freshly made Rossini cocktails, sitting in the pretty little outside area, whilst making our choice from the extensive menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere, incredible and dedicated hosts/owners, delicious and fresh food. Very reasonable for the quality you get! First time we ate here was in 2001, it was renovated but it always kept its high standards. Not to be missed.

I have tried several 1 and 2 Michelin star restaurants around the world and this restaurant is head to head with them. Fixed menus are a steal.
Places like this need to be supported. So much love in them.
Outstanding food.

After being seated and ordering we had to wait 40 minutes for our glass of wine and the bread basket. Our child (8 years) was very hungry and I asked twice for some bread but no one cared. While we were waiting another italian family arrived. It seemed they knew each other because they got their wine, water, bread immediately. We had to wait. Main course meat was cold (but couldn't complain because no waiter showed up) , couldn't also ask for salt and pepper nor order a second glass of wine for the same reason. Worst pasta nero di seppia ever eaten !! One star only for the nice terrace. I travel the world and spend approx. 150 nights a year in hotels and eat often in restaurants but that was one of the worst experiences.
HOW RUDE ! WE DID HAVE A RESERVATION THROUGH OUR 5 * HOTEL AND WE HAVE NOT AT ALL CRITISED THE PRICES, THAT WAS NOT A TOPIC FOR US !! BUT IT SEEMS YOU CANNOT DEAL WITH HONEST CRITICISM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative: Bad Service, strange menue and unfairly handling.
We got our food very late and cold.
The menu is strange and have no order with fish (even though it is a fish Restaurant).
We was obviously not happy but we didn't get any apology or even a complimentary shoot.
We was 2 Adults and 1 child (4 years old) we got some bread with olive oil at first and they calculated as bread for 3 persons.
Positive: Wine was very good.
After the Answer of the Restaurant:
Totally disappointment from your answer. We are since 18.07. in Italy and we are in love with the italian food, Restaurants, Hotels and people.
