Per chi é alle prime armi potrebbe trovarsi in difficoltà vista la mancanza di un istruttore di sala ma in compenso c è il servizio di personal training per chi lo desiderasse. In ogni caso nel Monfalcone non c è niente di meglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il primo impatto a giugno non è stato positivo: la sala pesi era molto disordinata e gli attrezzi erano pochi e tenuti male. A settembre ci sono tornato e sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dai nuovi attrezzi e dall'ordine. Il giornaliero è di 8€, più che adeguato per il servizio offerto.
The first impact in June was not positive: the weight room was very messy and the tools were few and badly kept. In September I came back and was pleasantly surprised by the new tools and the order. The daily rate is € 8, more than adequate for the service offered.
