★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntamento alle 8.20, alle 9 sono dovuto andare via senza che fosse arrivata la persona con cui avrei dovuto parlare. In Unicredit (questa e altre filiali) non hanno nessun rispetto per i propri correntisti e per il loro tempo. È stata la goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso: chiuderò ogni rapporto con questa pessima banca.
Appointment at 8.20, at 9 I had to leave without the person I was supposed to talk to had arrived. In Unicredit (this and other branches) they have no respect for their account holders and for their time. It was the straw that broke the camel's back: I will end all relations with this bad bank.
