Devo sempre recarmi all'ufficio per ritirarlo parlo di piccoli pacchi del quale lasciano la ricevuta che dicw che mi hanno provato a contattare... Impiegati per i quali utilizzo la definizione del Dizionario Treccani "non dimostrano tatto o rispetto nei confronti dei diritti e dei sentimenti degli altri. Le manifestazioni di scortesia spesso si verificano all'improvviso, in un modo spiacevole o scioccante". Viene illegittimamente trattenuto un pacco, fisicamente presente sul bancone dello portello, con il pretesto "E' in consegna da domani", malgrado sul sito di Poste italiane sia precisato che il pacco può essere ritirato proprio a partire da quello stesso giorno. Procederò con denuncia formale e debita segnalazione alle sedi centrale e regionale di Poste italiane. L'azienda dovrebbe provvedere a formare i dipendenti, almeno quelli dell'ufficio centrale di Nicosia, partendo dall'A B C dell'educazione e della relazione con gli utenti, grazie ai quali ricevono un immeritato stipendio. Sconsiglio vivamente ogni contatto con il personale di questo ufficio, tanto più che esiste l'alternativa di un ottimo ufficio di Poste italiane in contrada Panotto, dove i dipendenti sono educati e disponibili, oltre alle Poste private. Si rifiutano di consegnare le spedizioni per capriccio, dichiarando il falso (emessa denuncia) pur di non perdere il tempo che devono. Dicono di esser passati quando nessuno si è visto (prova di videosorveglianza). Oltre a denuncia, segnalato ufficio presso Amazon per chiedere la cancellazione di quest'ultimo per offrire il servizio nel circondario. Oltretutto si segnala che una delle dipendendi si permette di offendere gratuitamente i clienti senza motivo alcuno. Scegliete altro e non andate mai li.
