Lunedí dopo tre tentativi falliti di parlare con il suddetto operatore, mi sono arresa perché mi veniva sempre detto di riprovare piú tardi.
Martedì dopo altri due tentativi ho deciso di cambiare agenzia.
Al mio "Mi dispiace ma vado altrove perché chiamo da due giorni senza risolvere la questione" mi é stato risposto "Ok" senza nemmeno delle scuse per il negligente servizio.
Davvero allibita.
I asked for information on Friday and the operator was friendly and efficient in telling me to call him back on Monday.
On Monday after three failed attempts to speak to the aforementioned operator, I gave up because I was always told to try again later.
Tuesday after two more attempts I decided to change the agency.
To my "I'm sorry but I'm going elsewhere because I've been calling for two days without resolving the question" I was answered "Ok" without even apologizing for the negligent service.
Really astounded.
