★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina alle 8:30 chiama il titolare dicendo che alle 9:30 sarebbe venuto a montare il tendone, gli spiego con calma ed educazione che non era possibile perché i lavori non erano terminati, mi rispnde con poca educazione che lui avrebbe potuto montare solo a quell’ora, mi organizzo per chiamare chi doveva finire i lavori, disdico i miei impegni di lavoro e vado ad aspettarlo. Alle 11 non vedendo nessuno provo a chiamare e non risponde, risponde subito dopo a mio zio e gli dice, sempre con toni poco educati: “io già so’ tanto matto per conto mio”.
Il mio matrimonio è sabato 2 giugno.
Sarebbe bastato chiamare la sera prima.
Un’azianda senza serietà, organizzazione e pure dei gran maleducati.
Aggiungo anche che non avevo contrattato sul prezzo, abbiamo accettato senza chiedere sconti.

A company without seriousness, organization and even very rude people.
I also add that I had not negotiated on the price, we accepted without asking for discounts.
