In quell'occasione ho conosciuto la direttrice sig.a Annarita che mi ha seguito sin dalla fase della progettazione per arrivare addirittura a presenziare ai lavori di montaggio e installazione del prodotto finito. Sono state evidenti, ed ho molto apprezzato, non solo la capacità e il talento della signora Annarita nel saper interpretare le esigenze e realizzare al meglio le idee del cliente, ma soprattutto la dedizione e la cura che ha messo nello svolgimento del suo lavoro. La sensazione che ha trasmesso è quella di una persona che stava arredando le camerette di casa sua e per i suoi figli. In sintesi, una professionista a tutto tondo. Ho acquistato Ben 2 materassi Uno Bed end well con relativo letto contenitore per mia figlia ,l'altro tempur original 21 per me ,mi sono trovata MALISSIMO ,su quel materasso non si dorme ,e' una stufa,ed avendo la possibilità entro 100 giorni di poter cambiare ho chiesto alla signora Annarita il cambio.La "direttrice "in Questione e' di una scostumatezza ed arroganza inaudita, Dopo diverse discussioni mi ha detto che non potevo cambiare,ero unica ad avere caldo e la colpa era mia perché avevo acquistato un materasso, non avevo saputo scegliere .....Mi sono rivolta ad un altro centro tempur e pur non avendo acquistato da loro il materasso me lo hanno cambiato, vi consiglio di non Andare in quello store!!!!fuggite fino a quando non cambiano direttrice. Non solo è fantastico come materasso ma quello che mi ha colpito in negozio era notare anche come fosse rifinito bene, con i dettagli molto curati.
