Ho raccolto diversi feedback da altri studenti prima di scrivere questa recensione, il personale è gentile solo quando deve proporre qualcosa, una volta firmato il contratto il rapporto cambia completamente. Fate foto a qualunque cosa per tutelarvi con la caparra (che comunque verrà parzialmente trattenuta) e fatevi scrivere tutto, perché a parole vengono fatte molte promesse dalla tag

I collected several feedbacks from other students before writing this review, the staff are only nice when they have to propose something, once the contract is signed the relationship changes completely. Take pictures of anything to protect yourself with the deposit (which in any case will be partially withheld) and have everything written down, because many promises are made by the tag

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visto molte case per studenti negli anni, e posso dire che i loro appartamenti in affitto sono di qualità infinitamente superiore al tipico appartamento un po' vecchiotto che viene affittato ai fuori sede. I ragazzi in agenzia sono sempre sorridenti e disponibili, consigliati sicuramente!
I have seen many student houses over the years, and I can say that their rental apartments are infinitely superior in quality to the typical older apartment that is rented to off-site. The guys in the agency are always smiling and helpful, definitely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 550 km per sentirci dire (20 minuti prima dell appuntamento) che la visita degli appartamenti non si poteva svolgere causa contratti d'affitto già stipulati precedentemente con altri clienti. Da notare che alle 9.30 eravamo passati personalmente in agenzia per la conferma dell'appuntamento previsto per le 12.20 ,riconfermato dal proprietario di filiale. È a dir poco vergognoso trattare così 2 giovani studenti in cerca d'alloggio . Da papà non mancherò di segnalare a chi di dovere ciò che è accaduto(Regione,Provincia, Camera di commercio e organo di vigilanza agenzie immobiliari). Caro proprietario se è intenzionato a rispondere a questa recensione ,veda di trovare una scusa che sia credibile per ciò che è
accaduto e non la storiella di una nostra prima richiesta di un 'appartamento con una camera e poi di una seconda!
550 km to be told (20 minutes before the appointment) that the visit of the apartments could not be carried out due to lease agreements previously stipulated with other customers. It should be noted that at 9.30 we went personally to the agency to confirm the appointment scheduled for 12.20, reconfirmed by the branch owner. It is, to say the least, shameful to treat 2 young students looking for accommodation in this way. As a father I will not fail to report what happened (Region, Province, Chamber of Commerce and supervisory body of real estate agencies) to those in charge. Dear owner if you are willing to respond to this review, try to find a credible excuse for what it is
happened and not the story of our first request for an apartment with one bedroom and then for a second one!

Through TAG I rented a room in an excellent quality apartment. The staff is very courteous and assists you in all the bureaucratic part, recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli appartamenti in affitto di TAG sono senza dubbio di livello superiore rispetto alla media degli affitti a Trieste, il personale poi è davvero gentile e disponibile, il che non guasta mai.
TAG's apartments for rent are undoubtedly of a higher level than the average rental in Trieste, the staff are really kind and helpful, which never hurts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 200KM PER SENTIRCI DIRE CHE HA SOLO 5 MINUTI PERCHE HA ALTRI APPUNTAMENTI, e poi se ne va senza farci neache vedere il locale !!!!!! SIAMO ARRIVATI CON 5 MINUTI IN ANTICIPO CHE PURE GLI ABBIAMO DATO FASTIDIO PERCHE AVEVA ALTRE PERSONE CHE STANNO VISTANDO LO STESSO IMMOBILE, PERCIò dobbiamo aspettare, passati 10 minuti ci chiama per dirci che e da 5 minuti che ci aspetta e che se non arrivamo entro 5 minuti lui se ne va!!!!! ma dico, chi gli da tutte queste arie per trattarci cosi come se siamo due nullafacenti!!!! se ha finito un appuntamento puoi chiamarci tranquillamente per dirci che ha finito, imparate a rispettare le persone e imparate a gestire meglio il lavoro !!!
Poi mettere una recensione a una stella alla mia attività ( posso anche denunciarvi per rovina immagine del locale ) che poi non ha mai provato esperienza presso nostro locale e mai venuta mai a magiare, solo perché io ho raccontato la mia esperienza negativa con la vs agenzia , SI VERGOGNI ‼️‼️
200KM TO HEAR THAT IT HAS ONLY 5 MINUTES BECAUSE IT HAS OTHER APPOINTMENTS, and then it goes away without letting us see the place !!!!!! WE ARRIVED 5 MINUTES IN ADVANCE THAT WE ALSO BAD HIM BECAUSE HE HAD OTHER PEOPLE WHO WERE VISITING THE SAME PROPERTY, THEREFORE we have to wait, after 10 minutes he calls us to tell us that he is waiting for us for 5 minutes and that if we do not arrive within 5 minutes he goes !!!!! but I mean, who gives him all these airs to treat us as if we are two nothing! if he has finished an appointment you can call us quietly to tell us that he has finished, learn to respect people and learn to manage work better !!!
Then put a one-star review on my business (I can also report you for ruining the image of the place) which has never experienced an experience at our restaurant and never came to eat, just because I told my negative experience with your agency , YOU SHAME‼ ️‼ ️
